Otimus Checkout is an order-processing platform that intermediates the purchase flow between buyers and the sellers who use it. Payments are processed by the payment provider account connected by each seller, in the provider's own secure environment.
Delivery of each product, access or service — and its refund policy — is the responsibility of the seller identified in the offer.
Seller data is used exclusively to operate the platform, and buyer data exclusively to process orders, issue receipts and provide support, in accordance with applicable law.
